We woke in the morning and the tide was out. We didn't bother with swimming as we were still tired and not too keen to get wet. We headed for breakfast where they cooked us fresh eggs and they had pancakes which was good. After breakfast we said bye to the island and boarded the small boat for the hour and s half trip back to the large boat.

Once at the large boat we had some down time and we chatted to a couple from the U.S. After a little while we did spring roll making again and then had an early lunch. We then got back onto the small boat and got back to shore to get the bus back. Once again we stopped at the shopping area!

When back in Hanoi we went and had some local 0.30c beers on the street and watched the traffic. Ryan got a street kebab and I got a chicken burger for dinner before our night train.

We got to the station and waited to board our train. 16hours to Danang. In our sleeper part we had a lovely Vietnamese lady who spoke no English but smiled a lot. Anyway the train was quite bumpy but the views in the morning... Amazing!
