Life here on this paradise island is still the same, we got abit better weather now with clear skies about 30 to 35 degrees and as you can see lovely sunsets. And today we had an even better just shame i didnt have my camera. Check by the pictures ive uploaded now, they show the place i live my bungalow (a small wooden hut) and the place i ''work''. These are basicly the places i spend my time if im not diving. Its either diving in 29 degrees spending time around the dive shop and on the beach or at my bungalow sleeping or chilling out in my hammock. And theres the odd times we go out for a beer or two.
Yesterday i passed my physics exam with 90% right, so with that out of the way its all riding the easy train (for now). It might sound wierd but this kinda physics was fun because it explains why you do the things we do in diving. Diving = physics made fun :P
So now its all happy days with more diving. I had 3 dives today and i saw my first shark while diving. It was a black tip reef shark that was relatively small (only 1.2 meters, they can get up to 2 or 3 meters ive heard). It was a cool experience that really got some adrenaline pumping because suddenly out of no where a shark appeared and passed only 2 meters from me. It was amazing to watch it just glide by unfortunately the guy with the camera didnt see it so we didnt get a picture of it. Just to make things clear, its completely harmless to humans since its so small it doesnt regard humans as food, and this one was not hunting (when they swim slow theyre just gliding along not doing much, sharks feed mostly at night) none the less this was an awesome experience that i hope will be repeated.
Tomorrow we're goin to a dive site where there has been spotted whale sharks today so fingers crossed and hope that we see these giants.
Thats all for today, if i see whale sharks ill update tomorrow and maybe even with some underwater pictures.
Over and out
