Taking the recommendation of our Geelong air bnb hosts, we tried out this "nobby" (their word) coffee roasters. This place also offers barista training, and had a clutch of Coffee Education papers on the table, which Foxy liberated. They had a selection of 3 single origin coffees, so we had a Colombian and an Ethiopian flat white to compare. Sadly, these auspicious signs didn't bring us tasty coffees.
