Mark and Dave managed to organise a snorkelling trip to a few of the islands around Koh Chang. We went on another boat that resembled a fishing boat - again was a little worried about what we had let ourselves in for, though it did turn out to be a really good trip.
On the way out to the islands I felt a little quesy - luckily I wasn't sick, unlike a few people! Got to the first site, went in with a life jacket and flippers - think everyone thought I was a bit mad, but the filppers later became very handy. The snorkelling was good but think that Sharm El Shiek was better. Enjoyed the swim though, was nice to be in the water and wasn't that cold.
Had some lunch on the boat, the headed to the next island. Just ended up staying in the water as it was really warm. The flippers came in very handy as a few people got stung by sea urchins. We then headed out to aa new snorkelling site but I was quite tried, so I just stayed on the boat. One of the guys who was on the boat started doing dives off the boat, so the boys started to follow suite. In the end we had about 12people jumping off the boat! Was really good fun.
We headed back to shore for about 4pm and headed home. A few people spent too much time in the sun and ended up being very sunburnt after the day! Not great for them.
