Well we are now in Mexico and its nothing what I had imagined it to be. I dont relly know what I was expecting but I guess it was the desert and lots of sombrero's! I dont think I saw either! We stayed in the centre of town on a street that held a all day market that lasted all day and everyday. I think it was more for the locals but funny to look around. We did two day tours from here, one to the amazing pyramids and the other was a walking tour of the city. One thing I have not seen anywhere in the world is the presence of military and all sporting guns as well, rather daunting b ut I guess with 20 million people you need to be wary. The main square called the Zoccolo has a massive Mexican Flag at the top of the flag pole and every night it is taken down by officials, just a couple of hundred. Only 10 to take it down though the rest to keep people away. Now even I know that the Flag is not ment to touch the ground and it did. It has to be the largest flag I have ever seen and can understand that its very hard to keep it off the ground. No doubt the culprits would have been spoken to!
