Prawn pancake. Springy texture which was slightly rubbery or calamari like. Scallion in the dish too I think. Very morish.

Fantastic dim sum restaurant. Will get name. Next few dishes arrived on our table. It was a perfect lunch. Loads of plates, lots of different textures flavour some hot some cold.
