Singapore, Singapore Nov 24, 2012 Prawn steamed dumplings. Light soy and vinegar sauce inside. Perfect. Also had pork ones but I preferred these as they were just full of the prawn. No mystery meat :)
Singapore, Singapore Nov 24, 2012 Crab and chilli paste and pork inside this steamed dumpling. Sounds like an odd combination but it really worked. Salty and chilli taste. I love these little packages. You're never quite sure what's inside. This had the right amount of sauce inside for the dumpling which are a doughy consistency.

Singapore, Singapore Nov 24, 2012 Pork wanton dumplings in a rich black vinegary chilli oil sauce. Soft delicate pasta, perfect spiced meat. Need to eat this again :) Love the black vinegar. Like balsamic but sweet and sharper than normal balsamic.
