Purple rice coconut dessert Recipe :)

I'm not a fan of rice desserts. I like coconut but not hugely. But this dessert is really delicious.

Perfect texture, not total mush:)

Served with a slightly sour tamarind sauce and the sweet mangosteen made it so delicious.
