Lego Land-
This was the greatest trip yet. I went back in time. Legos were a large part of my brother and myself's childhood. So going to lego land ment alot! I enjoyed every minute of it. I was amazed on how elaborate it was. You have to look at my pictures to understand what i mean. They had many different lego lands (pirate land, knight land, wild west, etc) and rides. we spent a good 5 hours there and it was worth every penny!
We started out at the lego mini village. There must have been 45 mini villages easy. Anywhere from accurate buildings form cities like copenhagen, oslo, and berlin to historical sites like the statue of liberty, egypt, and the pantheon. There were also race car setups and airports. the best part of these little villages were the fact that some of the planes, animals, boats, and cars were on magnets/pully systems that enabled them to move. I was hoping that there was a vacency in the building department of legoland. I would build legos for them and all they have to do is give me food and legos.
The rides there were pretty cool too. Some were very basic like the ones in pirate land but there were some select ones that were worth the trip. For instance: there is a ride where you grab a partner and you recieve a card witha chip in it. You go to a computer and select a speed and differnt moves that the ride would do. Then after standing in line you are seated in a giant robot arm. It then throws you aruond the room. IT WAS AMAZING! MY FAVORITE RIDE!!!!
If anyone goes to Denmark, LEGO LAND is a must stop and see site. You may have different feelings than I do, but legos are a big part my life. Right steven! It entertained us for hours!!!
