After a long 10 hour flight from London, arrived in Vancouver just 2 hours later. Time difference taken into consideration. This made for a very long day, but did the oldies have a snooze? Nah!!! They just dropped their cases in hotel and hit the streets. Speaking of the hotel, it's the Four Seasons, up on the 14th floor, and it's a corner room which means 2 windows instead of one. More views to be had of the city.
Ok where was I? Oh yeah, hit the streets walking, over to Stanley Park and back through the City. Had dinner in a little cafe/bar, name escapes me right now so I'll post a photo later, before going back to hotel.
Today was full on aswell. Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension bridge and a bit of touristy shopping.
Late afternoon now so going to freshen up and have dinner (seafood) in hotel tonight before getting an early night. Big day tomorrow as we commence our Rocky Mountaineer journey. Weather has been good to us so far, let's hope it continues.
