But first, i must delve a little deeper into how someone 9000 miles away knows the story ..I myself have a similar story to Mr Cowboy. I left on my epic 9 and a bit month trip in July 2009; having ventured through NZ, Asia and the Middle East I wound up sharing a hostel with this bloke in the small town of Cesky Krumlov. (Un)Fortunately for myself, I managed to avoid him for the whole day, only to find that both Jenkins and Straw were catching the first train out the next morning. Hahahahaha.It was on that long, long, LONGGGG train trip down to Austria (you went all the way to Slovenia right?) that a truly great friendship was forged. So were there on this train discussing where our travels have taken us and which country had the hottest chicks, when we both mentioned that we were planing on seeing Lake Bled. Now i'm a little hazy on the details, but from what I can remember was that Jenkins and Straw wanted to meet up in 2 days at Lake Bled. Facebook's were exchanged and promises were made. Tomorrow came around and I was to busy exploring Salzburg that I didn't have time to check the time and place Straw had sent me on Facebook. To this very day I still believe it was Fate, but as I ascended the long ass stairway to the Castle above the lake who do I see clamber up the other side? JENKINS!!!! ahahhahaha. I have unfortunately just noticed how long this post has become. Sorry for stealing your thunder mate, so ill try and keep the rest short and sweet.The bromance was cemented upon my arrival into Santorini. Again, Fate was to blame. Unlike Lake Bled this had not been pre arranged, and my arrival was matched with their departure. Eric mate, Your a true Champion. This world needs more people like you!!My trip through the states could not have been possible if it wasn't for the kindness of yourself and your folks.
