I woke up with a really sore throat this morning. I hope I'm not getting sick, but there seems to be something going around. Our art history class had a trip to the Accademia of Venice at 10 this morning, so I got something to eat and then went to meet everyone in the lobby. It was a short walk to the museum and the works inside were fantastic. I didn't really want to go at first, but I am glad that I did.

After the museum Ali, Ashley, Alexa and I did some shopping and I stopped to get a granita limone (lemon ice) for my throat, and later a green apple gelato, which was almost like a frozen jones soda. It was delicious.

In the early afternoon we met back at the hotel to get our bags and carried them back to the ferry. It was a long bus ride home, but it was broken up by many stops, so it didn't feel quite as long. Near the end of the trip someone put music over the speakers of the bus and people were dancing in the aisle for almost an hour before we got back to our hotel. I am so exhausted and still not feeling well, but hopefully some sleep will do me good.
