Ok, time for a bit of the touristy thing so we headed of to Hyde Park Corner from where we walked down to Buckingham Palace to watch the changing of the guard. Tom thought it was a lot of effort just to change two guards! A leisurely stroll down the mall past Cook's statue and through the Arch to Nelson's Coloumn in Trafalgar Square. Tom had a climb over the lions with the rest of the tourists while we watched from the fountains. It was then on to Westminster. We usually walk back over the Thames across Westminster Bridge but today we carried on past the Houses of Parliament and through The Victoria Tower Gardens and back across Lambeth Bridge. By now we were all getting a little hungry so we walked along the river past the Eye to Waterloo Station for a little something at the Pub.
