We booked the mahout training course and went today, early start at 7.30am we were picked up and taken out into the hills. The idea is that you own the elephant for the day, and you have to make friends with them because they wont let you ride them bareback unless they love you back. Got up to have our breakfast of bread, butter and jam, and a cup of coffee for Erin and Steph at 7.45.
