Wishing you both a Very Merry Christmas & a Brilliant Fanrastic New Year wherever you both may be. Also thinking of you as the best "woman" at your brother's wedding. Looking forward to seeing the pictures. We love the pictures of the Galapagos & can't wait to see you when you get back.
In the meantime, keep safe & well.

Hi Abbey and Eric
Sorry we have not been in touch for a while the boats taken up rather a lot of our time. Further to the tree mentioned in Mikes mail dated in June the other one decided to join it at the end of November, fortunatly our neighboring boat owner noticed its precariouse situation and moved both boats.
You appear to be seeing the world during your gap year and it will make life seem really dull once you get back.
Have a great christmas and a happy new year.
PS its snowing here!!!

Hi there!
Geoff and I have been off on our own adventures in the U.K. He has gone beck to the states now. We had fun giving his mum a birthday present of a properly gift wrapped beetroot and singing I'll beetroot to you yes I will. The vegetable was freshly pulled from a friends garden. It was very tasty.
Poor Geoff knows his partner is a dancer now, we twirled to the music the whole night through at his cousin's wedding reception last Saturday I thought it was great fun.

Hi Abby & Eric
Those photos are really artistic - making them more interesting. Seems like the adventures keep on coming - lets hope so - you will have to write a journal of your experiences and publish it!!!
Looking forward to the next write up.
Geoff Longster
Sounds like a great trip - adventures all the way!
Looking forwards to seeing more as you travel on.

Hi A & E. Can't believe you are off jet setting around the world again!
Only seems 5 minutes since we were sitting in that pub garden with a pint and a pasty. Oh well thanks for dropping in to the UK for a bit. It was great to see you and catch up. Enjoying your blog. It was all going so well until that last bit!!! Hope Eric's feeling better.
Keep in touch and enjoy. x
Eric went straight back onto the strong antibiotics and was right as rain in the morning! A xx

I have learnt a couple of words in indonesian and thought I must pass them on as they could be helpful in S.A. Ha! Ha! Air is water, khaki is leg. Geoff wants to know what the beer is likeIs it real ale, keg or cask conditioned?
Love the artistic photo poses More please

Hi Anne, funnily enough we went into an Irish bar in Cusco, Peru last night and Eric could not believe his eyes or his luck, they had Abbott Ale on draft, so he had a few as you never know when you are going to see something like that again. Apart from that it is all pale lagers. Abby has developed a taste for the local drink; Pisco Sour; brandy, lemon juice, egg white and some other stuff, quite sharp but very nice!

follow-up to Mike's message on the board - my question is "what was your favourite food?"
Also ""where was the best place to eat?" - either location or the meal itself.
You're probably spoilt for choice! xx
Favourite food:
Abby-Sushi in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Eric- Leberkase(German livercheese meatloaf) with sauerkraut in french bread in Nelson, New Zealand.
Favourite place to eat:
Abby- Nothing beats being fed hearty food in a tent on a mountain in Nepal, particularly the early morning cup of coffee!
Eric- Takeaway(can't remember the name!) where we eat standing at a table in the street in Karol Bagh, Delhi.
