I survived Fraser Islands! I didn't get eaten by a dingo (but I did see 2) and I remembered the insectrepellant so the mozzies weren't too bad.

We've had a truly amazing time. Fraser is definitly worth a visit. It's one of the most do and must sees while you're in Australia.

On the island we travelled with a 4WD which is a must if you don't wanna get stuck in the softsand. You see the road on Fraser can get a bit tough, the beaches are the ROADS, and during hightigh It can be dangerous since the water is constantly changing. Trust me, we experiensed it ourselves. We went of during the hightigh on the last day so we'd have more time on the beach before going to the ferry, but we got stuck at Eli Creek which was totaly flooded. We had too nicely sit down and wait untill it was safe to pass. Didn't feel like getting washed away by the ocean. Not the best idea!

Next adventure is sailing the Whitsunday Islands. Im sooooo looking forward too it. Hopefully we'll have great weather during the 3 days on the sea. I wouldn't wanna be stuck on a boat when it's constantly raining.

Today is a special day, it's Mira's birthday! A big happy birthday kiss and hug to her. Hope you will have a day worth remembering with lots of cake, and ofcourse gifts. Miss you!
