Hi All

I arrived safely in Thailand yesterday. The plane ride was not too bad, it didn't actually seem that long. I managed to sleep for an hour or so wasn't so bad.

When I arrived at the airport, I must have looked a bit lost as there were several Thai's offering to help me find my transfer point (they seem very friendly so far). Got chatting to a chap called Dave who was also on the transfer, staying at the same hotel. We investigated Koh san road last night,(which is very busy to say the least) had a few beers and played some pooland had something to eat off one of the hawker stalls (50p for chicken and noodles bargain) so that was nice. He is only stopping another night and then he is off to explore Thailand some more, so will have to make some more friends!

Am probably going to the palace and have a look at one of the many temples today, so should be interesting...

It is very hot at the moment and the sun is shining, not like yesterday, when I arrived at the airport it was raining!!!
