Hi Guys

 Had the best day today, went white water rafting on the Tulley river. It was so cool, it was grade 4 rapids which were great! I actually managed to stay in the boat oo which was an acheivement! Got on really well with the girls in the boat too we had a laugh. It was really tiring and after my early morning yesterday I am gonna have an early night tonight... I must be getting old!

Have got to be up bout 6.30 tomorrow as going up to the rainforest.
