IT'S RAINING. ALOT. ALL DAY. We woke to rain this morning as we headed downstairs for the typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast. Just warm eggs and bacon, sausage paddies and lukewarm juice. I had my favourite warm cinnamon scroll with a knife and fork because I believe it makes it taste even better. Then we headed out into the 9 degrees celius outdoors. It was not only raining but it was quite windy was well which added to the coldness.

We then decided to take the street car along the F line which took us down to Market Street. We then went into the old Ferry building, where they had small boutiques which sell all sorts of specialties including all types of mushrooms and pig related food. In Sur La Table i bought a US shaped cookies cutter for only $1 plus tax.

We then walked all the way down to the Westfield shopping centre on Market Street. We couldn't remember how long it was to walk there from a few years ago, but it was further away than i remembered. On the way back we took another street car to pier 39 where we walked to Macca's and got lunch. We are loving the $1 menu. Including McChicken's and McDoubles, sundaes and large drinks.

For dinner we again went to Maccas as done of us were that hungry and were looking for a bargain. Less than $10 for 8 burgers and a large drink. Im loving it. We also went to Boudin Bakery and watched the lady in the window making little turtles out of dough.

Now we are sitting in our hotel room with the heater on because it is freezing cold everywhere. Tomorrow we are going to explore more of the city and walked to the house we stayed in during 2009.
