Emma's Big Adventure!
More sightseeing today! The morning is spent in Fremantle, an old town, just south of Perth and on the coastline. It is home to Fremantle Prison, a 200 hundred year old high security prison, in operation until 1991 and the site of 44 executions. Also, apparently haunted! After a quick stop on "Cappacino strip", I jump on a train to Hiliaries, a marina town north of Perth. Here I visit Western Australia's Aquarium famous for it's Aqua tunnel, a walkway through an aquarium holding various sea creatures including sharks, stingrays, jellyfish, corals and a sea snake whose venom is three times more poisonous than a cobra's!
