Well we had a good but fairly lazy time in Chaing Mai, I think we'd done most of the trips that they had earlier on. We went to the Muay Thai boxing and Carlos won a bit of money, we were sitting next to this English guy who was filming all the fights. Apparently he works for a Muay Thai club where he films all the fights and plays them back for training purposes, there were a couple of guys from his club fighting so Carlos put some money down and won both time...

After a fantastic time in Kanchanaburi we headed north. We ended up in Mae Sot for 1 night where we had the funniest journey from there to Um Phang. We caught a minibus and I use that word loosley, it was an open van with bench like seat facing each other, we were driving for about 10 minutes when we stopped at a motorbike shop, they then proceeded to attach the bike half inside the van and half out!! Well we have had a fantastic time in Kanchanaburi. First off we went to Erawan waterfall, this is a 7 tiered waterfall where you can climb up all 7 stages, there are pools at the bottom of each tier where you can go swimming, although you can't keep your feet on the rocks for too long as the fish like to have a little nibble, very weird sensation!!!
