Right! Sorry its been so long (yes we left Oz about 3 weeks ago!) so this will be a really quick catch up I promise!!

Right, basically, from Byron we did a 13 hour overnight bus ride to Sydney which wasnt as bad as we were expecting and definitely looked up for Emma when we drove past the Harbour bridge at dawn -very pretty she tells us (didnt wake us though!). We have learnt that we can sleep like wee moles huddled in a corner of a chair too...which is nice.

Anywho, we stayed in Glebe which we loved, its a very cool area of Sydney with fab views into the actual city down every side street. But far enough away so that the city business thing wasnt too overwhelming!!

Spent the first coupla days getting our bearings and meeting up with the lovely Lil Les and Nikki again (highlight of the trip of course! Miss you girlies!). We did many a tourist photo op thing on the steps of the Opera House and by the Harbour Bridge. Little bit shocked as the Harbour is 1. Not where we thought it was and 2. Much smaller than you'd think. And no the opera House is not white - very perculiar!!

All in though the city was cool and we had a really good time. Went to Coogee Beach with our ladies and climbed the sky tower thing (when i say climbed i mean we went up in a lift nd looked out of the window before you start to worry about our extreme sportingness!). Also did a harbour cruise which lead to many a blustery photo op! Went to the Aquarium and took way too many photos....especially of the people in the tanks - not everyday you look for a fish and find a blokes bum, staring at you you know!

Went to the Blue Mountains for a couple of days aswell which was amazing - expect the flies which are rampant little b*****s! Urm...ate our weight in chocolate after driving around in an open top london bus all day! (Hot choc = choc buttons over a little tea light with milk...soooooooo good!) The Mountains were awesome and you will defo get bored of the three sisters!

Back in the city and we went and visited Jo's fabulous cousin Vanessa and had the best night with her and Kelly. Thanks so much...and not just for the food and booze! We havent laughed that much in a long time and wished we could have missed our flight to stay!! Remember inviting us to move in?! Think we didnt take you seriously!?

Thats about it really, flew to Christchurch and have been ytravelling around since then! More quick catch ups soon!

ooh forgot to say - CHRISTMAS DECS!!!! Sydney malls are AMAZING!! HUMOUNGOUS christmas trees!! So proud!!! And Jo dragged me into a christmas shop in the Blue Mountains too - dont listen to her denials...the camera never lies Joey!! x
