so were in oz nbow but lots to tell about bali. which was amasing and im incredibly surprised at how much i miss it really. i think probably because it was abit of luxury for a while.

gorgeous resort, we were pretty stunned wen we got there at how nice it was. amasing views everywhere, really nice pool, prety good room infact amasing in comparison to where we are now! loads of activities to do and book. a bar in the pool! how cool! just everything was amasing.

there wasnt a great deal to do really in the day, we mostly sunbathed for the first days, went into the town kuta nearby and did some shopping, tested the beach, which surprisingly black sand i didnt expect that! huge waves that battered me and alex as you can see in some of the photos!

first day we arrived, lay by the pool, shopped, went to dinner and met some australian guys, luke, gene, jimmy and sean. who pursuaded us to play battle of the sexes whcih we of course won! only by ending up dancing on the bar thoguh, but its ok not coyote wild style were talking oops upside ur head and macarana really funny!

went out with them that night to a club called bounty in kyta. pretty cool place, like a ship, and just as filthy! all the drinks were served in fish bowls and vases really funny! had a good night out with them dancing all nigh. got in at like 4ish! wierd the clubs there because they dont open until like 12 and close really late at like 6 in the morning! took abit of adjusting to but cool.

next day we pretty much spent recovering by the pool, and went into kuta shooping. kutas nice but not my cup of tea! everyones very pushy! like grabbing your arms and hassling all the time to buy. lots of kids trying to make you buy things too, which we didnt enjoy. the shopping wasnt particluarly good either.

friday, went to the ebach, then me and kady went horseriding! we were so excited about it and it was amasing! rode along the ebach, lots of galloping which was fun. got very wet swimming with the horses aswell! it was the lads we had met last night so we went out with them to bounty again. fun night but rather cdrzy. started out normal dancing and then went downstairs to the foam party! but not like any normal foam party in engalnd. more like a fighting arena! like litteraly an arean with a few inches of water in it and some dirty bubbles, and people just slidding about into erach other. really fun to begin with. we stsarted off just dancing and ended up fighting on the floor with the lads really funny! kind of ended badly as you would expect with that sort of thing int hat i hurt my leg. thought it was broken and went to the hospital the next dayu. just sprained but was on crutches for a day.

so sta spent mostly at the hospital. after just chilled out by the pool and then went out for dinner at poco locos a nice mexican for dinner with a big group. said goodbye to the lads, sad to see them go. then watched a film and went to bed.

for the rest of our days in bali we did tours. sunday saw the monkeys at a a temple, and went to a couple of other temples too. monday, we did the ancient bali tour, which was more temple and seeing traditional craftsmen at work but actually it was more them trying to sell us stuff. and tues we did the denpsar city tour, went to a museum, a market and a departemnt store.

didnt go out much at night after the biys had gone, partly beacuse i was finding it hard to walk and we mostly just stayed at the resort bar. tues night for our last night we did go out thoguh. started in a bar called dejavu which was bit posh for us so left and ended up in bounty again! good ride there thoguh, we hired some taxi sccoters to drive us there because the traffic was bad, lots of ceremonies happening on the streets! scary but fun! they driev crazy.

wed again did nothing, went for lunch then it rained so heavy, couldnt do anyhting but pack and read in the room!

loved bali overall. would of been better at a diff season because th weatherw as abit dodgy and it was really quiet. i imagine its amsing when its busy though. met some nice people and i oliked it beacuse all the guys who worked there were so nice and new our names, provieded abit of stability i suppose and made us feel well at home.

in sydney now and so far good. the wetaher yestreday was amaisng, we did a bus route and got on and off round the city to see the opera house, bridge, botanic gardens, the rtocks and loads more! good day. wen tout with a group form the chaion of hsotels were staying at that night on a pub crawl. had a laugh danced lots, drank lots! woke up late did the bondi beach bus toady, round the coast to lots of hotspots. unfortunatly the weather was rubbish so couldnt really enjoy it but still cool to see! ill update again soon. got more photos from thailand but on other memory card!
