I finally got the pictures uploaded! And some of them now have captions....I'd be here all day, all night and possibly all week if I were to caption them all.....WHEW!! I'll be happy to explain more when I return.

Today wraps up our week of classes....hard to believe we have finished two weeks and are now heading into our third and final week!! The time has flown and yet been super busy and hard work, homework and walking too!

Next week we have a few classes, finals and a story teller workshop and presentation to attend. Plus the various schools will have professors directors of programs visiting and sitting in the classes. None from UC. I'm sure they would have come if they could!

We went to the Italian version of the National Association of the Deaf and took and field trip in the former Siena School for the Deaf yesterday. That was amazing!! I took video of the guide Georgio...he was amazing and was full of information. He signed in Italian Sign Language (LIS) which I didn't get everything....but I did understand the main points. Our Teacher and Interpreter Rita voiced for us which helped a lot!! She herself is from Northern Italy but knows a lot!

I will also upload some pictures from our trip to Pizza last night. It was fun....a lot of people got tipsy and or drunk and that wasn't much fun. I had my usual Coca-Cola Light and enjoyed trying to make sure the others made it to their homes and buses respectively. That was a first for me!! Glad I didn't have to drive them all home! Whew!
