It is good to find you back in the US of A. I was sitting in a meeting among 8 lawyers and one very limited student. The more the student talked, the better he looked. Look forward to talking to you face to face and not facebook to facebook. Welcome home. Talk to you soon.

Kaffeine!! Its good to hear from you! Yes, I can bring chocolate and cheese and other treats! Hopefully the cheese and chocoloate will not merge together during travel and make one big huge chocoloatie cheesie mess!!
I currently am here in Vevey with Les and Rachel. I am headed to Paris next week! YAY!
Hope to see you soon! I will pass your hellos on! Ciao! Love ya! Betsy

Bonjour!! Annette told me you can respond to your own message board on here! So, I thought I would give it a try! :-)
Annette and I will be headed to Paris next Tuesday and will be back here in Switzerland on Thursday or Friday (to be determined). We are very much looking forward to seeing France and especially Paris!!
The people here speak French...I tend to try to answer in Italian...and when that doesn't work, sign and then English. I know a tinie, tiny bit of French....and they look at me like I am crazy when I attempt to speak it! Oh...I do know Fromage and Merci! They look at me even more crazy when I reply with those two words! Ha, ha!
I will say Hi to the Eiffle tower and I'll be happy to try the things mentioned...EXCEPT the snails! I'll have to pass!
I'll add more pictures as soon as I can! Thanks for checking in and checking out my pictures and blog! :-)

Hello worldly travelers. Sounds like Switzerland is an awesome place. The pictures are great. Can just see the snow on the mountains this winter. (you know me and snow). Talk to Ken off and on, seems he is doing ok with holding down the fort. He probably told you Tim will be stopping by in a few days to visit on his was to Vermont. We are moving Tim this Sat (Jun 28) up to the Grand Rapids area to his new apartment. He is really excited. (so am I). The children have grown so much since I saw them at you wedding, and the little one is darling. Well travelers continue on with your trek to Paris (lucky ducks) and say hello to Pierre for me. Safe travels you two.

Amities!!
Translation: I'm very happy that you are in Switzerland!! Is there much French spoken there? When you go to Paris you must taste the chocolate mousse, creme brulee, snails!!, croque monsieur (very similar to a grilled cheese) and drink an origina (very similar to orange soda!!) Say "Hello" to the Eiffle Tower for me!!
Hope all is well and you are having a wonderful time!

Like Sharon, I just discovered this part of your message board. I watched the slides move with the viewer and it adds so much to the stills. Then I saw the ?mermaid? - er - "seahorse girls" and I thought - "Oh how cute, like the little toys on springs in public parks." Then I glimpsed the two ladies sitting on the beach to their left - and I looked again. The maidens may be lifesized, but the sea horses, Ai, Caramba, dose are some big ponies. Too bad hippopotamus is taken, because that would be great name for these river horses. In the true family traditions, I loved the sleepy babies - Rachel included. Nice PEACE shirt. Look forward to more. Great job, although you are not doing so good with 3 pics a day. More like 300. Not complaining. Did you ever go back and get your grade at Siena U? If not, never mind. love

Ciao! I just discovered this part of your webpage. (so much for knowing computers). Your pictures have been wonderful. Sounds like you and Annette are having a wonderful time. Please give her my best. I read that you got to fly first class, who great was that!!! That can spoil you if not careful (spoil me anytime huh). Enjoy the rest of your trip. Can't wait to see you again to hear of all the excursions you two took. Safe travel the rest of the time you are there and God speed you both a safe trip back home. Ciao
Pam
My prayers are with you and Annette for safe travels tomorrow!! And may Bella Italia welcome you both with open arms!!
