Our last day to hang out in Prague. We are both feeling a little sad as we love Prague.
We had a slow start to the morning as we dont have to be out of the hotel untill 12am.
Had breakfast at the hotel then headed back to our room to pack our bags. We had stuff everywhere, didnt take long to pack up.
Once packed we headed into the city centre and had another look around the shops. I brought a top and pants for 35 nz dollars. awesome! We found a really nice restaurant to have our lunch. I had a ceaser salad, vegies at last. Eddie had a pizza. It was a nice place, we hung out there for a while. Finally getting into a holiday mood slowing down now.
We then headed into georges square for one last look around. We then made our way to a tour that we had booked to go into the under ground as Prague has a lot of underground passages. At first look we thought the tour was not going to be good as the tour guide just took off and expected everyone to follow and keep up. It was quite funny really. So we got to have a look at a few under passages and learnt a bit more about the history of Prague. We find it a bit hard to take it all in but women are the rulers according to the guide.
After the tour we had a couple of hours to fill in before we had to go back to the hotel to pick up our bags and meet the taxi to take us to the train station. So we went down to the river and sat on a chair and watched prague go by. It was such a beautiful day, hot sunshine.
After sitting for a while we wandered by the river towards the hotel found a restaurant, sat and had a plate of meat for afternoon tea, seriously it was a plate of meat. lol so i ordered some bread to go with it. lol.
We caught the taxi to the train station which is where we are writing this blog from, the free wifi in burger king. We are about three hours early for the train. lol. We wernt to sure what time we had to be at the train.
Free wifi everywhere it is great!
Will blog again about our train trip. Next stop Poland.
