We arrived to a warm welcome from Denise and Greig who had flags at the airport. However Air New Zealand have lost my bag so my capsule wardrobe is really being pushed to the max. I was surprised when I went to the lost bagage area to get a talking down from the customer services rep about not having an ID tag on my bag or my info inside my bag. Let that be a lesson to you all. Today Denise had to lend me clothes and I had to use Scotts toothbrush :( Just because it is an emergency I had to go to the shops to buy some essentials. I hope the compensation covers it.

Despite that we have had a fab day. We have visited the Opera House, the Botanical Gardens, and The Harbor Bridge. On the way home we found a fab bar that had a 10 pin bowling alley in it so we popped in for a round. We spend the evenings on Denise and Greigs roof garden having beers and bbqs.

We have lots planned for our stay here such as surfing, visiting bondi beach, climbing the bridge, visiting the aquarium and zoo, and most of all getting a suntan.

On first impression this place is a great place to live. Everyone is so relaxed the weather is great and there is loads to do to keep you busy.
