Arrived in Nelson pretty late in the afternoon but we got to stop off along the way to have a random bush walk and sit around a nice lake. That was nice. Spent the whole of the next day at the Abel Tasman National Park. It was really beautiful. Went sea kayaking all day. It literally was for hours. Sooo tired! But the sea was mega calm so it really wasn't that hard and definitely a lot easier then when Matthew and I did it in Laos, crazy!! But that was a good laugh and the guides were pretty funny, we ended up having singing competitions in the middle of the sea and had an assalut course on the beach at lunch. The weather was ok, didn't rain and wasn't too hot so it was just right. I decided to spend an extra day in Nelson to have a look round the place, ended up sitting the cathedral gardens for most of the day because it was so nice and sunny. Made the most of doing nothing as everything is so fast paced on this Kiwi bus. But the Abel Tasman was worth seeing although pretty expensive. Cannot believe how much money I am going through already!!
