One year with no football! How will they survive?
When we got back from Philadelphia it was raining so hard in New York that it was literally chucking it down inside the Subway, yes we have the photo to prove it!
The next day, we went to the Native American Museum (it was allright but nothing special) and eventually we went to Spanish Harlem to go to El Museo del Barrio, which was a reflection on Puerto Rican history in New York through Modern Art, it is definitely worth seeing.
On Saturday, we went to Queens to see a factory covered in Grafitti. You may think that is lame and quite pointless, but we ASSURE you that it is not to be missed. We also saw a timed competition happening round the back of the factory.
In the evening, Celia's Aunty Jan (Julian's mum) came to visit for a day, she took us to a slap up meal at Mr Chow's, it was delicious and it was nice to see a familiar face!
The next day, Julian and Flora went to Seattle, so we went for an amazing breakfast at the Ritz Carlton by Central Park with Aunty Jan. We all had eggs benedict and it was definitely amongst one of the best breakfasts we have ever had!
The last two days were spent at home owing to the heavy downpour of rain. However, we watched so much TV (it is definitely better here than in England, our favourite programme was 'Flavour of Love') we looked after Rudy and did washing, so we were kept busy
