I sometimes miss my team at the initial of development, which has been changed a lot currently. The core member before-one has left, one will leave soon, one has transferred to another team, one remain.
I love what it looks like now, love those kids, however still miss those previous sometimes. I really appreciate what they make me feel, what they teach me, even though they did not teach me on purpose.
Looking back, from 1 only assisted my work, to more & more expanding. I finally realize I gradually learn how to think on the top, I am no longer completing the tasks, but I am building a team, which has cultivated a very good spirit. Then what's next? I need to further consolidate the base, to make it in good order, be less fragile. I need to face the fact that they might be not so qualified enough, not so mature, also might leave at any moment. Then I am in high time to make all the tasks recorded with definite guideline, which can function well in case of turnover.
No matter when, I know that we are equal, they help with my job, then I should teach them as much as I can, also take care of them in their physical & mental aspects. - this in turn I get them try their best to devote.
Make those most common ppl to do the Not ordinary job. - founder of HP
