1. When everyone complaint each other, when everything seems really in a mess, need to keep away from it, stand on the top, handle calmly in a professional way.- I like the Chinese word -> 悠然自得
2. And my boss is definitely right that should think out of the task I handle, even think out of the company. But it's related to how u handle, how u think, how u organize.
3. Read more, observe more, learn more- realize how small I m, realize how stupid or meaningless of some previous thought, think at higher level- to develop visional thinking.
4. What is the most important is what others receive other than what I deliver. And don't be annoyed when others don't understand, bcoz I will be too in other field.
5. When I am really annoying, disturbing, unhappy, think 3 reasons of why, think 3 things I can improve.
6. Not to complaint others, you will never really understand others' situation. Don't take it granted that u know n point finger.
7. What can do only and what really help is be better myself, be improved myself.
