Day 3 in Hong Kong! We had all decided to meet to get the tram up Victoria Peak but I had to try and get my vietnamese visa sorted first! So I got up early and got the subway across! Got a little bit loss but the office was open! So $500(HK!) and 15 minutes later I had my shiny new Vietnam visa, and jumped on the subway to the tram!
Everyone was there already and Kim had got my ticket for me so we just went straight up. It was really cool, so high up, the tram was almost vertical! View was amazing, and we all knew to sit on the right hand side thanks to mum and her googling skills!
It was really nice up there, spent a few hours taking in the sights, taking photos and chilling out! Then we left Claire and Deborah a they were going to the races in the evening. I split off from Kim and the boys intending to go back to the hostel and chill out for a bit, but ended up chilling on the wifi in Hong Kong park which was really beautiful! Loved people watching, I think this city would be really fun to work in! It really is so cool.
That evening the 4 of us went on an organised pub crawl in the soho area of HK island. On the way we had Mexican food which was awesome!!! "Chinese style" as well (ie. Order 4 things and share between us!) Definitely my favourite way to eat! The pub crawl was good, met some cool people and the guys who ran it were really nice. It wasn't a massively late one because unfortunately I managed to cut my finger and called it a night!
