Hi guys!

Cairns isnt all its cracked upto be, we cant find a lot to do as our plan was to sunbathe, which is difficult when theres no beach (except for the marsh where the crocs live) and its tropically raining all the time, its hot though :)

Hostels okay, moved rooms because of an infestation of bed bugs, and cant sleep due to the roomies snoring. We had a lovely meal last night, shared a tin of soup and a breadbun! oh the joys of a tight budget, so dont expect presents!

Today we went out to Fitzroy Island where we took a boat over the Great Barrier Reef and walked though the rain forest, managing not to see any snakes, just lizards and spiders!

Heading to Mission Beach tomorrow, hopefully for some sun, and a sky dive if weather permits. Will be there till next weds so will hopefully have time to upload some photos.
