Hello, We loved the whitsundays, it is a beautiful place and the boat trip was great fun!!We left Airlie beach and eventually arrived at the cattle station, this was an intersting experience to say the least. Cairns isnt all its cracked upto be, we cant find a lot to do as our plan was to sunbathe, which is difficult when theres no beach (except for the marsh where the crocs live) and its tropically raining all the time, its hot though :) Hostels okay, moved rooms because of an infestation of bed bugs, and cant sleep due to the roomies snoring.
