Thanks Kay, at a rather emotional funeral it was good to stand corrected! I didn't get a picci of Peppi before she died- thought dog a la rigor mortis would have been a little twisted for my hosts.I'm sorry there are no more photos, but I can't work out how to load them up on someone elses computer. Should have some wi-fi time at Singapore airport tomorrow ,so will catch up on my e-mails.
Went to wonderful island off the coast of Perth- you hire bikes and cycle around to 63 different bays- it's a bit like Centre Parcs -but without the Taffs and Chavs! You can hire little beach bungalows- my plan for a family hol! There are these sweet little marsupials called Quokkas- like bouncing rats, that hop about the island. Same varieties of deadly snakes, so you have to stick to paths. The whole island is about 9k x 3k They even have a little cinema in case paradise gets boring!
Re work - have lots of ideas to improve our bid. It's definately been a worthwhile trip !

Hi Debs,
just got your website details from Pete and at long last understand why no response to emails! Looks as though you're having a good time. Hope you come back with lots of ideas for this re-tendering bid. The Commissioners here seem a bit obsessed with pharmacology and seem not to understand that there is life beyond a prescription pad! It seems to be an anathema to talk to young people, but that's British Psychiatry for you. We're getting the details next week and there's a whole crew from HQ on board to get it prepared. So fingers crossed.
Lots to catch up on from INCITE too.
