Our flight left at 9:50 so we were at the airport bright and early. Carter stayed to dive the great barrier reef and Kia's flight to Hawaii was later so it was Connie and Me all the way home. We had the seat in between us empty up until the last minute when the lady came running in as they were shutting the door - I know bummer right? Even worse was that she was just beastly about it. Complained for a few hours that she was in the middle, begged the stewardess for any other aisle or window seat (the plane is full and that didn't change the 5th time you asked). I have a hard enough time sleeping on the plane and seriously everytime i had just fallen asleep she would elbow me and ask to get out. Needless to say after travelling for over 24 hours straight, I was exhausted when i got home. Slept in the car, fell asleep anytime I sat still and still slepted for 12 hours straight. Even sunday I was sleeping anytime i sat still for more than 10 min and Leia was just laughing at me the whole time. But I'm VERY grateful to be home and to hold my beautiful wife and hug and kiss my wonderful children. It was a great trip but its even better being home.
