Wow ! Its only been just a little over a week & the energy here in Germany is crazy ! I've seen so much already in such a short amount of time.

The flights for the most part were good, although the 6 hour wait in Ottawa and almost 5 hour wait in Frankfurt because of the Lufthansa strike really tired the group out. After probably what seemed to be forever we made it to Hamburg & Hanover. It was great to finally be reuinted with Malisa.

Well first of all I left sick and then I got a syness infection which sucked.. I'm still sick so I haven't been able to go out much but I have seen a lot so far ! Because of the Lufthansa strike in Frankfurt our flight to Hamburg got cancelled so we had to board a train instead, now that was amazing ! Frankfurt train station is so beautiful, I've never seen anything like it in my life. I saw so much country side & it was a good feeling to be back in a European train again.

In the first week our exchange group got invited to see the Hamburg Rathaus aka City Hall. Now that was truly spectacular, downtown Hamburg is so beautiful. I took so many photos, you can check them out under photos !

I also experienced my first party here... that was probably the best parties I've ever been too. You can also go into clubs & bars here, so some of my friends are bringing me along to a couple of these clubs and bars on the weekends. I'm so excited to experience that !

The shopping malls are crazy here, always so busy & the shops here are great ! Everything is so much cheaper here in my mind. I bought like 5 packages of chocolate under 8 Euros.

The food here is spectacular , every morning for breakfast my host family lays out about 5 different types of cheese, and buns with nutella & many different cereals and fruits. I never know what to pick ! The food is so good here, and much healthier I just love it.

I love it here, I'm so excited to experience and see more throughout Germany ! I'm looking forward to my trips and my cruise to Oslo. I am having such a great time.
