This is the first time I've sat down in what feels like a long time. Yes I had a seven hour train ride. But that's different. I'm in Amsterdam right now. And it is so touristy. Like I understand pot is legal here but I didnt think I could get my picture next to a man dressed up as a doobie for five Euros.
I realize it's all about the tourist industry and blah blah blah. But I still think it's weird.
Anyway in my hostel there is a SMOKING room. Which you have to go through to get to the rooms. And it is so funny. Obviously. It's completely sealed so you would get high from just sitting in their. But everyone is smoking (or trying to) while they are laying on couches hah.
I'm going to try to stay in a hostel uptown for a couple nights because this one is great location. But as in right in the middle of everything. It would be like on whyte ave if whyte was ten times bigger with a thousand more people on it.
Amsterdam really is very pretty. The canals running through the city are beautiful. Today was sort of glum so unfortunately pictures don't show how great it is.
Actually lets talk about how pictures NEVER show how great it was. Bagh. Anyway it's already 1753 and I feel like I should be asleep. Hah. LAME.
