friday good flight from Auckland to sydney then onto singapore, meet at the airport by a driver from tour east ,the company used by trailfinders over here. the guy should have worked for the tourist board, all the way to the hotel he was tell us the history, places to visit,where to eat, to enjoy the short time we were here. the hotel is excellent (the park royal on beach road) and not too explensive as long as you stay out of the bar. the drivers first suggestio...

tuesday went on star ferry to a place called Hung Hom,it was not on the tourist route and when we arrived we saw why! high rise heaven with no shops or anything we did not stay long , just had a walk around the city and took in some of the sights that you do not see on the travel programmes. we have been using the PC in the hotel foyer to write the blogs and hope we can continue in the next hotel, so its goodbye to hong kong and next stop sydney,
