Tour de France ! Soo many people! Ruined my activities for the day but that's alright. I couldn't go to any of the places I wanted to go too because everything was blocked off! It took twice as long to find these places and I was over walking !
So what did I do today? Sat around people watched and then watched the tour. Man, it was like watching the bull run in Pamplona ! So fast! It was like you blink and they were gone! Pretty cool. I'm starting to figure out the trains here. Now I wont have to walk so much. The parisians don't party harder than the spaniards that's all I know. No sangria sprayed everywhere and males (and myself lol) chanting "take off your shirt. " I couldn't help myself, peer pressure.
The walking I don't mind but the million other people walking with you, I do. The funniest thing I learned about France is that they line up like Disneyland status to shop at Abercrombie and Fitch ! I couldn't believe it. And the style here is "mom pants"! How freaking awesome and hilarious that is! Now in a few months probably be popular and if not popular already in the states.
I really wish I had a better camera! I think the next time I go anywhere I'm going to act like I'm really good at taking pictures and get a fancy camera!
I'm really happy that Paris is in the 70's. Madrid was way to hot for its own good. The Eiffel tower is a really nice view if you walk from it. No point going up close when the views better from afar.
