We finally tore ourselves away from Broome, after staying in the region for almost 4 weeks. Like we've said previously, its great to be back at the beach. Still travelling with Lisa, Steve and Torah, our first stop was 80 Mile Beach, where we spent a couple of days - the boys fishing, and the girls looking at shells and for nesting turtles. We're back in Broome, it's just too easy to stay here! Still camping with Lisa, Steve and Torah, we've developed a rather communal lifestyle, sharing the shopping and cooking, and cases of beer. After originally planning to stay 2 nights at Cape Leveque, we ended up staying for 5 - this place is beautiful! It's fantastic being back at the beach! Got to Broome and caught up with some friends we'd made in Darwin - Bree and Matt, from Geelong. As destiny would have it, we arrived just at the right time, as Bree and Matt's beloved Geelong Cats were playing in the AFL grand final 2 days after we arrived!
