Today i did a barossa valley tour. Had to get the bus into town at 6.40am to get picked up at 7.45am. THere were only 14 people on the tour. As we drove towards the B.V we stopped at a giant rocking horse and toy factory. There is also a small wildlife park there that we had a short time to walk around. Adelaide is much smaller than Sydney and Melbourne and quiet different after spending time in these big cities. Not really many sights to see in the city itself. I have caught the tram down to Glenelg which is the beach suburb and it was anice afternoon when i was there so was able to walk all along the beach and esplanade and the shops. When i got up this morning it was a beautiful clear morning and a fantastic sunrise. This morning we wer hiking up Hollow Mountain. which wasnt sa basd as it sounded. On the drive here there were loads of kangaroos again. THe mountain wasnt particular high and it was a rocky mountian so i jst had to clamber over the rocks and pull myself up some but the views at the top were fantastic. We left the hostel at 8am, and drove a few minutes down the road to Lorc Ard gorge and to see four more of the 12 Apostles. It was quite a nice morning sothe voews were good. This morning i was back ok on my bus tour to Adelaide. We left Melbourne at 7am and drove to Torquay where we had breakfast. THis is a popular surf town and hsa the famous Bells Beach. THis is now a surf resreve and holds surf competitions annually, although there wasnt much surf today. WE then carried onto the beginning of the Great Ocean road.
