'Debbie and Max's Travels'
We visited the Batu caves in the capital. They are a huge limestone formation that have been, dare I say it, slightly ruined by being made a hindu place of worship. At the bottom of the caves is a temple and a enormous gold buddha. There is 274 steps to get into the caves. Inside the caves some of the walls have been painted and shrines have been placed in the walls, concrete lines the floor. There was quite a few monkeys there eating bananas and coconuts, and we saw one grab a bottle of milk off a small boy (it was quite funny).
We also visited the twin towers, now the largest twin towers in the world. We walked along the sky bridge which connects them on the 42nd floor.
