Just a very quick message as we are very jaded after 2 consecutive flights with a 7 hour wait at Bangkok Airport in between. We are now in Hanoi and settled in our 'basic' hotel. The city is crazy; why we haven't witnessed a major pile-up of motorbikes, scooters, bicycles and bodies is a miracle. Much cooler here, now in trainers, long trousers and fleeces -just like home! Hopefully the insects won't be biting as much. Should find time to upload photos tomorrow (or, at least try to!)...........love to you all, xxx

12th March: Very quickly, we will update you on our time in Hanoi in a  few days time. In just under an hour we leave for a 3 day trek in Hao Bihn Province where mod-cons haven't yet happened. After that we move to Halong Bay for a couple of days so probably won't make contact for best part of a week. Have fun.................we will!
