End of day 9, 2nd July.
Woke up and started packing. Didn't leave Mor until like 11:30am after we finally said goodbye everyone. Gobi and Argi live in the same street at Oti, Evi and their son Botti, also I their street is Gobis parents Aundorf and Margerate. This is the house where I had the photo of me as a baby running in the backyard. Glad to say that me and mum got to re enact it. Then had to stop at Evi's parents to say hello. Had lunch on the road and then finally made it to Aqua Land Resort.
Rocking place. Has Hungary's biggest water park and water slides. I'm in an apartment with mum, dad, Gobi and Argi. The have wiffi as it's known so im back online.
Everyone is tired but I want to see the city. Oti is up for it so we jump on a cab and hit the streets. First up is Heroes Square, and then jump on the subway to hit the inner city for a beer at a pub. It's a beautiful, clean city that is nearly 2000 years old. It's been invaded and bombed multiple times but they keep rebuilding it. We take in some castles but miss the shuttle bus back some grab another cab.
When we get back I have a quick dinner in the restaurant, and then hit the water park. f*** me it is incredible. Nothing like this in oz. Natural springs, pools, water slides, wave pool, fake surfing, spas and saunas all under a roof. Lucky it closers 9:30, otherwise there is no way I would be able to get Ellie and Jack out of here when I bring them back. Definitely on our bucket list.
Down to the bar to blog after the swim and then off to bed. Another big day.
Both my legs are cramping constantly from all the walking, and my busted toe is still killing me but I'm happy to limp my way across the country.
