Birthday Blog - for the birthday girl! Rain still falling, BBQ is held in your honour under the gazebo with a light that dims.... Still no roof - a bit like Wimbledon Centre Court. Have fun, from the Taylors

Happy Birthday for tomorrow Susan. Wet & cool here & more to come it seems so guess you may have better weather for the 1st than us!

Happy Birthday Sue!!
What a way to spend your Special Day. Reading your messages etc., I feel I have come to know your friends. Not through my skills as you would expect, but thanks to Carol and Rob. Keep on enjoying this wonderful experience. In this roundabout way... Congratulations to Claire and her "fellah".
Love, T x

Your trip sounds amazing, although I'm not sure I could do it!! I hope you're ok with the altitude now Susan, or have you come down lower now? Carry on enjoying your time away.

Hi U 2! Just wanted to wish Susan a happy birthday wherever you are on Sunday! It's great to keep track of you both this way - the world really doesn't seem to be such a big place!
We're being kept busy. We've just taken on a couple to help us on the caravan park and this is proving to be a real boon - actually allowing us to have a lunch-hour some days!
Many happy returns Sue and we look forward to the next installment of your trip! Take care, love Christine Buss

Are you heading for cold weather? Can't be as bad as Horley! It is our fault, though. The roof is off and along came the rains - Monsoons are slightly damp compared to our downfalls. You may say its typical BBQ weather. Longest day has been and gone and the nights are drawing in.... Cameron has finished school forever and because of you two, he now believes that the world is his oyster. Thanks for all your news. Best wishes. The Taylors

Hi
Great thing this blog, cos I get to catch up on Horley as well your adventures, I liked the sound of the 2 days camping on the beach!
Life is going well in Prague, I am completely entangled in all aspects of the new business (which I love)and spend long hours either in the office or the bar we convene to at the end of the day - line has got a blurred there!
John and I have shortened the plans for our big trip to 2 weeks with family in the Far East so we rely on you to do New Zealand on our behalf, at least for this year!
Back home next weekend for the a 'small celebration'. Actually I really mean buckets of champagne!!!!!!
Please address all future correspondence to Mrs G willamson MBA.....
take care

Susan & Abuelo's Awsome Adventure,
Wow, you've had such an amazing trip already & you're just getting started, especially liked the sound of the Galapagos Islands & the Amazon. I'd be intrested to know how you catch Pirahna, don't they bite through your line? Looking forward to seeing your salsa moves when you get down to oz & it looks like you'll be comming surfing with us 'Abuelo' yes it's a very catchy name! it might just stick!!
looking forward to hearing & seeing more, justin

Hello again. Pleased to see the updating news items & supporting photos. Yes, a bit dodgy that white-water rafting gear you were in David - hope you left it behing after the trip downstream!
Well I guess we have a replacement for Sir David Attenborough now he has given up the long-haul Life on .... programmes, although he did not mention you when he was on Parkinson at the w/end! Bill Odie & Kate Humble have no chance now you have shown your knowledge of the flora & fauna. Guess you are the 21st century answer to Armand & Michaela Denis or Hans & Lotte Hass, what with meeting all these creepy crawlies, snakes & other nasties & swimming in warm brown stuff. The Mole should hold no fears for you when you get back. With all the globally-warmed rain we have had lately, it will probably be a good likeness of the Amazon. Many Tesco trollies in it!?
Have re-commisioned the garden pond so if you find a few spare piranha in your luggage coming home do not worry, we can accommodate them! As for the "nocturnal birds", have not seen many of those since RT/ Ladies Circle days! Obviously not an endangered species down there!
