Ola!

My name is Dave and from September 2012 to September 2014, yep that's a whole two years, I'll be working in Ceará, NE Brazil with an organisation called Latin Link and this is my blog of all I've done, all God's doing and all that's gone on.

I am going to be living in small, rural, remote town called Carire, in Ceará, NE Brazil and working alongside two long missionaries Ruth (UK) and Izaias (Brazilian). A few years ago they set up a new church plant in the town and the primary area of my work will be will the young people, discipling and encouraging them in their walk with God. I will also be helping out with evangelistic visits to local rural villages and teaching English to adults in the community.

I look forward to seeing what good work God does and I am passionate about seeing His Kingdom come in both the UK and Brazil. I don't know where these two years will lead me-only God knows that but I will follow Him where he leads - after all that's half the fun of the journey. :)
