Happy 4th of July everyone!!! Today was CRAZY-INSANE!!!! It was a beautiful day, which meant it was time for us to go to the extreme. We woke up around 8:30 and ate breakfast got dressed and eagerly awaited the day´s activities. At 9:30 we were picked up and brought to the paragliding headquarters...which was just a few blocks from the train station (here they gave us hiking boots, and where we met our pilots). We took a nice 10-15 minute ride up the mountain ...

Today did not exactly go as we planned it. We woke up and checked out of our room and put our bags in storage while we waited to go on our paragliding adventure. About 30 minutes before we were supposed to leave, the weather turned for the worst. Needless to say, all trips were cancelled for today. Instead of getting our money back, we just pushed the adventure off until early tomorrow morning. There was not much for us to do here at the hostel while it was raini...

So today we did not exactly do extreme sports...but we did have a lot of fun. We woke up to the sunrise...6am, and a dog barking. After breakfast we headed over to the train station to try and book our next trip to San Sebastian...unfortunately, the darn Bulls are running around Spain and there is no possible way to get there in such short notice (poor planning on our part). So after that big let down, we came back to the hostel and cancelled all our reservations...

Well, we are in Interlaken, Switzerland. After 12 hours of train rides last night we finally made it. Our first train ride was miserable-a slow train from Nice to Milan with no AC and in second class :( We did meet a nice couple from Philly that was doing the same thing that we were.
