I've uploaded Budapest and Vienna pictures and after spending a few hours last night writing the history of Budapest last night I posted it today. I haven't written the blogs about visiting Vienna and Budapest yet and don't know if we'll have the time this week w/ tests. Try to read all of the Budapest history stuff I read though because it's really interesting to find out about the Soviet concentration camps that occurred after WWII.

Danny, the pics from Vienna were fantastic. I loved the Opera House and the Parliament House with the statues. All the statues are great ,I love the thighs and abs and chest. I guess the guys were all great looking back then ,huh. It was great hearing about your trip. Are u or Laura writing the blogs. Sometimes I can tell , but could u sign the when u do them? Au revoir or however u spell it
Miss Bonnie
Laura, I loved your history lesson on Germany. I know that took forever and u type fast so I'm very, very impressed, not to mention how smart I am now. So is this what u thought it would be or better? I think Madrid was so much better than I thought it would be cause Danny was not wild about Madrid but that was on the end of his europe tour and he was wearing out . If u want Nick to bring u anything let me know. I'm sending an extra suitcase and i might could do 2, 1 inside another, for ya'll to bring all your stuff home. Continue having fun seeing the world!!!!!!!!!! Oh, I think your new travel buddy, Erin, looks like she could be your sister.

Danny, I enjoyed viewing your pictures. Appears that you are using your time wisely and taking in ALL of the culture of Europe. Miss Charlotte

So mother and father dearest asked me about this "computer phone like thing" and I explained it to them, so soon foreign countries will not even be safe refuge from her voicemails. And she is right, Liter beers? A 40 = 1.2L and this is Europe... They gotta have a size bigger than that! Looks like yall are having a good time and causing an appropriate amount of trouble.
Classes will suck though - Lorraine is real school unfortunately. Oh and the pictures are good too. Your Athens album has over 1100 views... Yall must know a whole lotta people! you two take care, and Laura, dont let him buy any more Waldo shirts!
Laura
As promised, i FINALLY posted the Berlin history blog. Ms. Bonnie, when you read it, you're REALLY going to think we are changing into history majors ! We should be all caught up with this past weekend pretty soon too...short week for us this week (since we are taking a FIVE day weekend next week) so we have a lot of work to do too.
Enjoy!
Laura
Alright, i PROMISE i'll have the Berlin History entry posted after this weekend. We just learned SO much that is taking FOREVER to type it all up - see this study abroad thing really is paying off!
Also, we DID post our Munich pictures, but they are not all labeled yet (and we might have some more to add to that blog too) so feel free to look, but we'll (hopefully) get that stuff caught up soon too. Problem is they are actually making us do work here at school too these days - the nerve! haha
Ms. Bonnie, in answer to your questions, we have communal kitchens at the ends of almost every hall. Danny and I are in the same dorm building (ALOES) but our rooms are on different floors. Our classes are turning out to be tougher than we'd thought but...hopefully we'll get through! and my e-mail address is [email protected]
Dad, in answer to your question for this weekend - we finally decided to head to Brussels, Belgium tonight (and stay at the Marriott - woot woot!) and then we are going to take a train to Reims, France tomorrow to check out a champagne tour (hopefully) on Sunday...then back to school :(
Love you all! -Laura

Just looked at your munich pics and my goodness what highs and lows on a trip . The concentration camp must have been so heart moving. If only ms. phillips were there with u too. I,m going to try to get ahold of her and give her your site. Danny just because u can order liter beers everywhere doesn't mean u have to. What happened to my non drinking son? I guess u are more like your Dad than I thought ( U know I'm only giving u a hard time) Love u and I'm enjoying your trip with u. Thanks for all your work in sending it to us. MOM

OK you 2 , are u changing your majors to world history now with a minor in beer drinking or what? Remember your pants don"t have elastic waists. I love your blogs. I haven't heard much about your classes and if they are tough or not. If Laura's cooking where is she doing it? Surely not in the room. I also haven't heard about the dorm Are ya'll in the same dorm or close by each other or what? Also is it cool there? Spain was perfect , in the 60's and no humidity even on the coast. Did I tell u that air france lost 1 of our bags--par for the course for us. Have a great weekend kiddo. LOVE YOU!! MOM
Danny
We are slow posting Munich pictures and the blogs from Berlin and Munich...school finally decided to catch up to us. This weekend we are still trying to figure out. Train reservations are killing us because they are mostly already booked, especially into Spain. We're still trying to look for other options as well. Maybe we can get those photos up tomorrow...

Laura and Danny,
We are loving all the pictures and information. It sounds like a wonderful trip. I too am learning more about the internet capabilies...amazing. Love, Aunt Barbara
Miss Bonnie
Laura, do u have your own travel site too or have u just not finished the history part on Berlin? I know it takes alot to write and log in the travels . I'm trying to finish my journals now too. Also please send me your email address too. U were so right about Cordoba. We took the bullet train there in less than 1 hr. It cost 70 euros to get a cab to the train station in Malaga and 64 e for the round trip to Cordoba.. The Mezquita was amazing with all those different collumns. Of course they were doing repair work in the cathedral part ,so we didn't get the total feel of the cathedral but it was beautiful. We also saw the Alcazar and going up the winding stairs in the tower,I pulled something in my thigh and it hurt for 2 days. But as u know pain does not slow a trip down. Frankly I don"t know how ya'll will keep this pace up. Study hard and Danny will that 1 book work for U? Lots of love from the worn out traveler.
