Woke up quite late this morning as we didn't have anything planned, and the others had gone on a diving excursion. Had a quick breakfast and then went for a walk down the main street at around 10.30am. Was quite a nice place as there were not people trying to sell you things on every corner. Walked for about 20mins then came back. I got my stuff ready and then went over to the beach for most of the day. The hotel had its own area on the beach where they had chairs set up and even an extra swimming pool which was too cold to use. Went for a couple of swims although the water wasnt overly warm and talked to the Columbian people for a while. Also had some pizza for lunch on the beach.
Went back to the room for a while and then met up with the others for a while before our group all headed out to dinner together. We went to a seafood restaurant with Wally which didn't really serve anything except seafood. Managed to get myself some spaghetti. Was quite an amusing end to the meal when the young male waitress handed out each of our bills and told each one of us it didnt include tips. He was then very unhappy with the tips we did give him, and proceeded to let us know of his unhappiness. Not that it changed anything.
On the walk home we stopped off for some drinks at some of the pubs. There was a limited selection of beers, however they did serve some standard 'cocktails' such as Mojitos and Long Island Ice teas. Not very nice at all though, especially the Cuba Libra that I got which was made with Tonic water.
Went back to the hotel and played some more card/drinking games before heading out to the Ministry of Sound club at around 1am. Met a 'promoter' on the way down who was selling tickets which we hesitantly purchased. Turned out to be legitimate, and cheaper.
Had a pretty good night in there, considering im not a huge fan of the music. The company of definitely made it enjoyable. Not sure of the exact leaving time, but stopped off for McDonald's (again) on the way home as it was the only thing open. Also purchased a McDonald's towel.
